Collingwood have been boosted by the news Taylor Adams should return against Brisbane on Thursday but both Brody Mihocek and Jack Ginnivan have been ruled out.
The Pies are priced at 19/5 to beat the Lions in Queensland but there is mixed news on the injury front for coach Craig McRae.
Adams missed the defeat against West Coast at the weekend through sickness but has returned to training with the rest of the group and should be fit to face the Lions.
McRae says Adams will be named when the side is announced on Wednesday night and believes he should be good to go.

"He trained quite well, I thought. He's not quite there, but we'll pick him and give him an opportunity to play. At this stage, we are anticipating that he plays,” McRae said.
Meanwhile Mihocek has been ruled out on Tuesday and needs to stay at home, while Ginnivan is suffering for soreness and will sit out the clash in Brisbane.
"He [Mihocek] won't play. He's a close contact. That's just come through today," McRae told reporters at a press conference on Tuesday.
"Jack is just a little bit sore. Five-day turnaround so he won't come up either. There's a couple of outs, so some opportunities for others."
Elsewhere Jordan De Goey will return from suspension and Jordan Roughead is also in contention after getting some valuable minutes playing in the VFL.
"He did enough. It was just about getting some minutes and some confidence in his body. He did that so he will be up for an opportunity to be selected," McRae added.
