One of the most prestigious fixtures in Italian football, the Derby della Madonnina pits city rivals Milan against Inter in a Serie A clash.
A day after their new stadium plans were officially unveiled, Milan and Inter collide for the 246th competitive meeting at the famed San Siro.
While Inter have retained their unbeaten start to the campaign with eight wins from nine to sit joint-top with Lazio, Milan suffered their first league defeat under Ruben Amorim in midweek as they were beaten 4-2 by Bologna.
The latest instalment of the Derby della Madonnina, which is available to watch on the bet365 Sports Live Streaming service and will be broadcast live on BBC Two in the UK, should make for enthralling viewing.
While Inter have been the dominant force in Italy's top-flight having won the Scudetto twice in the last three years and reaching the UEFA Champions League final in 2025, it's Milan who have had the upper hand in the Derby della Madonnina.
The Rossoneri have not lost in the last seven derbies and won both games last season by a 1-0 scoreline.
Christian Pulisic scored the only goal of the game in the first meeting between the two sides last season and the United States international, who signed a new long-term deal with Milan this week and has three goal contributions so far this term, is 13/10 to score or assist in the match.
In light of captain Lautaro Martinez being injured, Marcus Thuram is expected to lead the line for Cristian Chivu and the Frenchman is the shortest price to break the deadlock.
Inter are the favourites to prevail on Saturday evening having embarked on their best start to a season since 1988/89, and they have won all five Serie A matches at San Siro this campaign.
