Ethan Hayter and Oliver Wood have been priced up at 10/3 to capture gold medals in the men's Olympic Track Madison on Saturday.

The British pair are amongst the favourites to reign supreme at the Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines Velodrome as 15 nations bid for glory in one of the most competitive and exciting cycling events of the Games.

Team GB took silver home in each of the last two World Championships and will be desperate to go a spot better on the grandest stage of all this weekend.

Three years ago at the Tokyo Games, it was Hayter and Matthew Walls who earned silver, edging past France - 7/1 to win this year - by virtue of a tie-breaker after both nations registered 40 points.

The Netherlands - reigning world champions - are the 2/1 favourites to triumph, with Jan Willem van Schip and Yoeri Havik well-fancied by many, whilst defending Olympic champions Denmark will be keen to retain their crown despite being priced at 16/1.
