Keith Deller MBE provides his best bets for Friday's second Grand Slam of Darts quarter-final tie between Martin Lukeman and Rob Cross.
Martin Lukeman v Rob Cross
Friday 15th November (21:00)
We have a repeat of the group stages in Friday's second semi-final as Rob Cross guns for revenge against Martin Lukeman.
'Voltage' was put to the sword 5-3 on that occasion as Lukeman took the spoils, but both progressed through to the knockout rounds and both have come through their opening knockout round matches to set up this last eight meeting.
Honestly, I am expecting Rob to really come to the fore here, and show why he is the fourth best player in the world (based on the current rankings).
Martin has been sensational, winning all four of his matches to date, but now the format has extended to a best-of-31, I just feel that will play into the hands of 'Voltage'.
Again, like the other quarter-final tie on Friday, it won't be a walkover, but I do feel that Cross will have that bit more quality in those big moments to ultimately come through with a little to spare.
Rob loves a bullseye finish as much as any player on the planet, and chances will comes his way in this game, and I fully expect him to take a couple of those.
I also love the 100+ checkouts market in this match too, especially for Rob Cross, who is superb on those combination outs. Four or more for the world number four will pay out at 11/2 and I feel that has been a overpriced by the traders somewhat.
Odds will display when markets are live.
