Mark Selby and Neil Robertson have met on 44 occasions over the years, with Selby edging that record with 22 victories, to Robertson's 21.
The other meeting between the two in the Championship league ended all square.
Selby - a four-time World Snooker Championship winner - has prevailed in each of the last three meetings, including the 2022 English Open semi-final, but prior to that it was the Australian who had registered seven successive victories of his own.
On the two occasions that the pair have locked-horns in a major ranking event final, it's Robertson who has reigned supreme, beating his opponent in each of the 2013 China Open and 2013 UK Championship finals.
