We have priced up Manchester City at 12/1 to be relegated from the Premier League at the end of the 2024/25 season with the club's FFP hearing due to start on Monday 16th September.

Pep Guardiola's side won an unprecedented fourth top-flight title in a row in 2023/24, as they pipped Arsenal to the Premier League trophy with a final day victory over West Ham United.

The triumph saw Guardiola win his sixth Premier League title in eight years, taking his tally to 17 major honours at Manchester City.

However, the club faces some uncertainty going forward after being issued with 115 charges by the Premier League in February 2023 for alleged financial irregularities, which the club strongly refutes.

As a result, Manchester City are one of our most backed teams to be relegated from the Premier League this season.

The hearing is due to start on Monday 16th September and could last up to two months, with a decision unlikely to be made before next spring. Even if any points deductions are handed out, the club would likely appeal that decision, potentially delaying any punishment.
