His tantalising tungsten throwing secured him a 6-2 win over the Dutchman, who remarkably scored 110.94 himself, despite his drubbing.

Luke Littler set a new world record for the highest three-dart average across a set at the World Darts Championship during the 2025 staging of the event.

'The Nuke' powered home a mind blowing 140.91 in the fourth and final set of the match, winning all three legs in just 11, 10 and 11 darts - even wiring double 12 in the second leg for a nine-darter.

How many Nine-Darters has Luke Littler had?

Luke Littler has landed six Nine-Dart legs, including two on TV and one in a major competition.

He secured his first perfect leg at the age of just 14, at the 2021 JDC MVG Masters, before achieving another in the 2023 PDC Development Tour Series, in his last 16 victory over Jurjen van der Velde,

He then became the youngest player to ever score darting perfection on TV against Nathan Aspinall at the 2024 Bahrain Darts Masters, just two days before his 17th birthday, whilst he notched his second professional Nine-Darter - and first in a major event - in the final of the 2024 Premier League.

If that wasn't enough, Littler equalled the record for the most Nine-Darters in a calendar year, with a third of 2024 at the Belgian Darts Open; an event he went on to win.

The power-scoring star registered his first Nine-Darter of 2025 at Player Championship 6 in March, scoring perfection against Adam Hunt.
