Luke Littler breezed to a second nightly success of the 2025 Premier League in Brighton last week and has been installed as favourite to complete another five-point haul in Nottingham this Thursday.

'The Nuke' will have to overcome his foe Luke Humphries in the opening matchup of the evening if he is to keep his hopes alive however, although victory in that clash would be enough to elevate him to the summit of the league phase regardless of whether he goes on to win the night or not.

'The Nuke' has wasted no time in acclimatising to the grandest stage of them all, reaching the final on his World Darts Championship bow in 2024, before going on to lift the coveted Sid Waddell trophy just 12 months later.

His emphatic victory over Michael van Gerwen in the January 2025 showpiece means he is the favourite to make it an Ally Pally double early next year, although he will be wary of a stacked field, including his great adversary, and 2024 champion, Luke Humphries.
