Unbeaten filly Leovanni takes her place at the top of the betting after following up her maiden success at Nottingham by winning the Queen Mary Stakes at Royal Ascot.
Miss Lamai was second to stablemate Leovanni in the Queen Mary and trainer Karl Burke will be confident of strong performances from both horses.
Aidan O'Brien will be targeting a first victory in the race since 2018 with Heavens Gate, who was victorious at Naas last time out after a couple of near misses earlier in the summer.
Other contenders include Celandine, who was fourth in the Molecomb Stakes at Glorious Goodwood last month, and Betty Clover who was runner-up in a recent Group 3 race at Ascot.
