Stephen Bunting ended his 2026 Premier League campaign on a high with his second nightly win in Sheffield.
The Bullet was in marvellous form as he dispatched Luke Humphries 6-3 in the final, who was seeking his third successive night triumph.
Bunting started his evening by producing a clinical showing to dispatch Jonny Clayton 6-3 in the opening quarter-final, before Gerywn Price made easy work of Gian van Veen with a 105 average in a 6-2 victory.
Luke Littler then nabbed a deciding leg triumph over Josh Rock in a contest where both players were significantly below par, with Littler averaging 87 to Rock's 89.
Humphries was also involved in a dramatic decider as Michael van Gerwen was one dart away from a 164 checkout, but Mighty Mike landed his dart in the outer ring and Cool Hand pinned D16 to advance.
Bunting became the first player to reach the final in Sheffield as he conquered Price by winning four legs in a row to prevail 6-3, and he was joined by Humphries in the showpiece as the reigning Premier League champion comfortably dispatched Littler 6-1.
The result meant Humphries and Littler will not meet in the semi-finals on Finals night, with Humphries now set to face Clayton while Littler will encounter Price.
