The hosts will be keen to lay down a marker and put one of the three newly promoted sides to the sword as Leeds bid to put last season's disappointment behind them.

With promotion in their hands, the Whites fell away in the final few weeks of the campaign, going on to lose to Southampton in the play-off final.

There's been plenty of change at Elland Road in the summer, with Archie Gray and Crysencio Summerville departing, but youngster Mateo Joseph looks ready to step up. Joe Morrell picked up 11 bookings in just 27 games last season, despite playing for a team who typically dominated possession. Pompey are set to have much less of the ball in their Championship opener, and the 27-year-old is 15/8 to receive a card on Saturday afternoon.
