League Two Saturday Accumulator: In-form Sutton Utd feature on 21/1 chance

The League Two promotion race will continue to heat up on Saturday, with our treble, worth almost 21/1, featuring two of the top three as well as the division's form side.

No team has picked up more points in the fourth tier than Sutton Utd across the last 10 games, with Matt Gray's side aiming to continue their surge towards the playoff places by beating Crewe at the VBS Community Stadium.

Leaders Leyton Orient will also be hoping to make home advantage count when they welcome another of the playoff contenders, Swindon, to Brisbane Road, while third-place Carlisle will be keen to catch FA Cup giant killers Grimsby cold at Brunton Park.

All three of those games feature on our weekend treble, which comes in at odds of almost 21/1

Weekend Treble:

Sutton Utd to beat Crewe to nil @ 6/4

Leyton Orient to beat Swindon @ 1/1

Carlisle to beat Grimsby and both teams to score @ 10/3

Odds were correct at time of writing and are subject to change.

Soaring Sutton to ease past Crewe

After narrowly missing out on the playoffs in their first season as an EFL club, it looked like Sutton were going to meander in midtable for much of the current campaign, but the U's have surged up the standings in recent months, losing just two of their last 15 league fixtures.

That scintillating run of form includes three-successive victories for the south Londoners, who have now moved to within three points of the playoff places and they will hope to close that gap further by beating Crewe on home soil.

Crewe are League Two's draw specialists, sharing the spoils in 14 of their 32 games to date, but they have only won twice on the road this season in the fourth tier, with one of those successes coming against bottom-club Rochdale all the way back in July.

Goals have also been hard to come by for the Railwaymen, as their tally of 28 is the third-lowest in the division, with only Gillingham and Rochdale scoring fewer.

Lee Bell's side are unlikely to get dragged into a relegation battle or challenge for the playoffs during the final months of the season, which could make them ideal opponents for a focused Sutton, who can be backed at 6/4 to win the match to nil in the Result/Both Teams to Score market.

Leaders too good for inconsistent Swindon

The wheels threatened to come off Leyton Orient's march towards promotion at the turn of the year, but a six-match unbeaten run has firmly got Richie Wellens' side back on track and they will head into their home clash with Swindon sitting 11 points clear at the top of the standings.

A league-best record of 13 wins and just one defeat from 17 home games is one of the main reasons why Orient look shoo-ins for promotion, with eight of those victories coming across their last 10 fixtures at Brisbane Road.

Back-to-back wins over Salford City and Harrogate Town have boosted Swindon's playoff hopes, but the Robins remain consistently inconsistent having gone four games without a win prior to those successes.

Three defeats in four away matches doesn't make great reading for Jody Morris' side and it could be another disappointing away trip for Swindon this weekend, with high-flying Orient priced at 1/1 in the Full Time Result market.

Cup heroes to be brought back down to earth

Grimsby produced the shock of this season's FA Cup during the week, claiming a 2-1 victory at Premier League Southampton to reach the quarter-finals of the competition for the first time in 84 years.

However, those cup heroics on the south coast may have taken a lot out of Paul Hurst's side, especially as they will be travelling to the other end of the country to take on promotion-chasing Carlisle this weekend.

The Cumbrians were emphatic 5-2 winners at Crawley Town last time out and they have had a full week to prepare for this game, while Grimsby have been distracted elsewhere.

Carlisle are also League Two's highest scorers with 54 goals and will hope to pack more of a punch in the final third then Southampton did on Wednesday night, although Paul Simpson's side do give up chances at the other end as well - they have the leakiest defence of any team in the top six.

This may well prove a good time for Carlisle to be facing Grimsby, but the Mariners should still trouble the scoresheet, with the home win and both teams to score priced at 10/3 in the Result/Both Teams to Score market.
