Jude Bellingham 7/4 favourite for 2024 Sports Personality of the Year award

England and Real Madrid midfielder Jude Bellingham has been priced up as the 7/4 favourite to win the 2024 BBC Sports Personality of the Year award.

Bellingham has enjoyed a stellar season for Real Madrid after arriving from Borussia Dortmund in the summer of 2023 for a fee of £88.5 million.

The former Birmingham City man scored 19 times as the Spanish giants sauntered to the La Liga title, with Bellingham voted as the league's Player of the Year following a number of sensational performances.

He also became a Champions League winner in his debut season with the club, as Real Madrid defeated Borussia Dortmund 2-0 at Wembley to win the trophy for a record-extending 15th time.

Bellingham has also become an integral part of Gareth Southgate's England side and his presence is key to England's chances of winning Euro 2024 this summer.

If England do manage to end their long wait for a second international trophy this summer, Bellingham's Sports Personality of the Year odds are likely to shorten even further.
