British heavyweight Joe Joyce will seek to bounce back from successive defeats to Zhilei Zhang when he takes on IBF European champion Kash Ali in Birmingham this coming Saturday night.
Previously on the verge of a potential world title shot, Joyce's two devastating defeats to "Big Bang" Zhang - the second of which saw the Brit knocked out viciously in the third round - have seen the Putney fighter forced to take a step back and rebuild his career again.
Six months on from his latest defeat against Zhang at Wembley Arena, Joyce will make his return to the ring against compatriot Kash Ali as part of a 'Magnificent Seven' Queensberry card at the Resorts World Arena in Birmingham.
38-year-old Joyce will hope a positive showing can help elevate his stock once more as he eyes a return to the top table of the heavyweight division.
