1983 World Darts Champion Keith Deller MBE provides his best bets for Sunday's clash between Josh Rock and Nathan Aspinall as the pair do battle in the last eight of the UK Open at Butlin's, Minehead.
Josh Rock v Nathan Aspinall
Sunday 2nd March
Hats off to Josh Rock, because overturning a 4-0 defecit against a player of the quality of Rob Cross shows that his game is in a fantastic place.
Josh has been one of those players that has been touted for big TV titles for quite some time, but after bursting onto the scene with that memorable nine-darter against Michael van Gerwen, he hasn't quite managed to get himself going.
That said, he has a wonderful opportunity to change that on Sunday, as he bids to land his first PDC major.
Standing in his way of a last four showdown is Nathan Aspinall, a player who has come through injury problems in the past to cement himself amongst the game's elite.
This will be a really tight affair - there won't be a lot between the two in terms of averages I don't feel, but I just have a sneaky feeling that the timing of some of Josh's finishing will ultimately lead him to victory.
I am taking this match to finish at least 10-7 with 14 or more 180s being scored throughout the match, with Josh's power on the treble 20 securing him just more than a 50 percent share of those.
