Jake Paul locked in negotiations with six opponents including Anthony Joshua, Badou Jack and KSI

Jake Paul has revealed that his management are locked in discussions for fights with up to six opponents, with two-time heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua, social media superstar KSI and current WBC cruiserweight title-holder Badou Jack amongst them.

'The Problem Child' has made no secret of his desire to become a world champion in the coming years, and it appears as though he could be edging towards his golden ticket, with talks underway with 41-year-old Swedish native Jack.

The Stockholm man, who retained his prized WBC belt against Norair Mikaeljan via a majority decision victory earlier this year, is one of half a dozen potential opponents being lined-up by the American's management team, with Joshua and KSI also mooted as potential dance partners.

However, it appears as though a dream showdown with Jack is the fight Paul is seeking most however, despite the fact that the 28-year-old still has to overcome former middleweight champion of the world Julio Cesar Chavez Jr next month.

"We're in discussions with a lot of names," Paul told the Schmo YouTube channel.

Gervonta Davis, Anthony Joshua, Badou Jack, Ryan Garcia, KSI, Tommy Fury! So there are a lot of people on the hit list, but Badou Jack excites me a lot.

"I definitely want to be a world champion, so going after Badou (WBC) or even Zurdo [Ramirez] (WBA and WBO) sounds like a good game plan to me."

It remains to be seen as to whether Paul, who has just 12 bouts to his name since opting to undertake a professional fighting career, possesses the skillset to compete, and beat, bona-fide champions such as Jack.

The 35-fight veteran, who says he is be open to the lucrative showdown, doesn't believe he does.

"I never heard about that (a fight with Paul), but whatever," Jack said on social media. "It's an easy fight, and it's a money fight. So, why not?"

Paul has never been in short supply of confidence and his consistent calls for fights with some of the most illustrious names in the sport at present, including 'Tank' Davis and Joshua, suggests he is as serious as ever about his fledging boxing career.

A showdown with Davis has gathered momentum over the past couple of months with the American himself suggesting plans are in place for an exhibition bout between the two, whilst talks with Joshua have ensued after the brash Paul suggested he'd knock the Watford man out.

Speaking recently, Paul said: "We're going to plan that for 2026. I talked to Anthony on the phone and we agreed it!

He called me up and said, 'I saw you call me out, let's run it. Let's make it happen.'

Of course, for now, Joshua is awaiting the green light from Tyson Fury for the pair to finally settle their long-standing rivalry a decade on from talks first taking place regarding an all-British dust-up.

The stock of both fighters has dropped over the past 12 months with Fury succumbing to successive points defeats at the hands of Oleksandr Usyk and Joshua being dropped four times by Daniel Dubois in his demolition defeat at the hands of the Queensberry man last September.

However, Fury v Joshua undoubtedly still carries plenty of appeal to the British public, and the Gypsy King's recent revelation that he has returned to training, on the back of announcing his retirement in January, has sparked talk that a clash could finally be in the offering for 2025.
