Kyrie Irving insists Brooklyn Nets will not let their heads drop after losing a close game to Boston Celtics in the opener of their first round playoff series.
The two teams meet again at TD Garden on Wednesday and the Nets can be backed at 7/5 to win Game 2 in the Money Line, while Boston can be backed at 5/8 to take a 2-0 series lead to Brooklyn.
See-saw battle in Game 1
Brooklyn trailed by 11 points going into the fourth quarter in Game 1 but fought back and opened up a five-point lead of their own.
However, the Celtics mounted a response and managed to claim a 115-114 victory thanks to Jayson Tatum's game-winning layup as the buzzer sounded.
Irving led the game in scoring with 39 points, including 6-for-10 from three-point range, although he perhaps missed the chance to cover Tatum at the end of the encounter.

Not much in it
However, the seven-time All-Star remains confident the Nets can level the series in Boston before the two teams head to Brooklyn as the first game was such a closely fought affair.
"We'll definitely clean up on things we can control like their offensive rebounding, limiting them to one shot, one possession," said Irving, via Sportsnaut.
"I feel like that's what gave them life at the end of the game, getting those offensive rebounds and making some big plays.
"We have to look at ourselves in the mirror as a team and just see where we can control the little things, the little details to be able to close out the game.
"We had the game in control then a last-second shot beats us."
