The runners and riders have been confirmed for the 2024 Irish Champion Stakes at Leopardstown Racecourse on Saturday 14th September.
A field of eight runners will challenge in the headline race at the Irish Champions Festival.
12-time winner Aidan O'Brien is targeting his sixth successive victory in the Leopardstown Group 1 and he covers half of the field.
He will be hoping Auguste Rodin can repeat his feat of 12 months ago, when he edged out stablemate Luxembourg by under a length.
Luxembourg goes again this year for the Ballymore contingent, along with Irish Derby winner Los Angeles and outsider Hans Andersen.
The William Haggas-trained Economics is likely to go off as favourite after impressive performances in the Dante and the Group 2 Guillaume d'Ornano Stakes this summer.
Other contenders include Ghostwriter, who could outrun a double-figure price, along with Royal Rhyme and Shin Emperor, who finished third in the Japanese Derby last time out.
