We have priced up Ipswich Town at 10/11 to be relegated from the Premier League next season, following the news that Kieran McKenna has signed a new contract at Portman Road.
(Odds will display when the market is available)
The former Manchester United coach has worked wonders in Suffolk since arriving in December 2021 and has been one of the most sought after managers since the conclusion of the 2023/24 season.
McKenna guided Ipswich to League One promotion in 2022/23, before going on to achieve back-to-back promotions last season as his side amassed 96 points to finish second in the Championship.
After securing Premier League football for Ipswich following a 22-year absence from the top flight, McKenna has been linked with managerial roles at Chelsea and Brighton, along with a return to Old Trafford as the club continues to ponder the future of Erik ten Hag.
However, he will now lead Ipswich into the new campaign, with the view that more success this season could see his stock rise even further.
Following confirmation of the new deal, only Leicester City are a shorter price for relegation, while Everton are joint-second favourites to be relegated from the Premier League alongside Ipswich at 10/11.
