The Indian Premier League has housed a multitude of cricket's biggest hitters and that's contributed to a number of ridiculous totals scored in the 20-over format.

Take a look at which teams have recorded the highest team totals in the IPL.

Sunrisers Hyderabad - 287/3

v Royal Challengers Bengaluru (April 2024)

Sunrisers Hyderabad broke their own record and posted the highest score in IPL history when they posted a mammoth 287-3 against Royal Challengers Bengaluru on Monday 15th April 2024.

Travis Head produced one of the great IPL hundreds, scoring 102 off just 41 balls in an innings that included nine fours and eight sixes.

Sunrisers Hyderabad - 277/3

v Mumbai Indians (March 2024)

Little under three weeks prior to their record-breaking total against Royal Challengers Bengaluru, Sunrisers Hyderabad had set the highest ever IPL total in a six-hitting blitz against the Mumbai Indians.

Hyderabad cleared the ropes 17 times as Travis Head made 62 off 24, Abhishek Sharma totalled 63 off 23, Aiden Markram made 42 off 28 and Heinrich Klaasen powered to a superb 80 off 34.

Kolkata Knight Riders - 272/7

v Delhi Capitals (April 2024)

The four highest totals in IPL history all occurred in 2024 as an explosive innings from Sunil Narine powered Kolkata Knight Riders to a 106-run victory over Delhi Capitals.
