Ben White is set for a spell on the sidelines having picked up an apparent groin injury against Sunderland on Saturday.
White was seen hobbling in the first half at the Stadium of Light, being withdrawn at the interval with Jurrien Timber coming on to make his first appearance of the season having only just recovered from injury himself.
White has enjoyed a solid start to the Premier League campaign for the Gunners; with William Saliba and Timber injured, Cristhian Mosquera was deployed at centre-back with White entrusted to start at right-back.
Ezri Konsa's arrival was timed with an injury to Mosquera, meaning White kept his place for the trip to Wearside, but with Timber now getting back to fitness and Mosquera unlikely to be on the sidelines for too long, the 28-year-old may struggling to get back in the side.

Although the severity of White's injury hasn't been confirmed, a minor groin injury would keep White out until after the international break.
Mikel Arteta said White was 'fine' ahead of the Sunderland clash having been in discomfort against Napoli, and he's not expected to be rushed back. White is expected to miss the trip to Ipswich in the EFL Cup on Tuesday as well as the Premier League tie at Brighton on Saturday.
Arteta will hope White is available after the international break, though his first-choice back-line should consist of Riccardo Calafiori, Gabriel, Konsa and Timber with Saliba out for the foreseeable future, and Mosquera will likely serve as deputy to Timber and Konsa.
Unless the injury is more serious than feared, White should be fit to return against Leeds on 10th October in Arsenal's first game after the international break.
