Northern Premier League West side Stafford Rangers are looking forward to hosting League Two promotion hopefuls Grimsby Town in the FA Cup first round proper on Sunday.
The home side are second in their division and have won eleven of their 14 games to date.
The Staffordshire outfit are making their first appearance in the FA Cup first round since 2006/07, when they beat Maidenhead in a replay before being downed in the second round by Brighton & Hove Albion.
Visitors Grimsby will be wary of an upset -- they are no strangers to the magic of the cup having famously knocked Manchester United out of the EFL Cup on penalties last season.
David Artell's side are sixth in League Two with five wins and five draws from their opening 14. In their time as a football league side they have been knocked out in four of their last six first round clashes with non-league opponents, though they beat Ebbsfleet 3-1 in last season's competition.
