A place in the 2026 Hong Kong Tennis Open final is at stake as Maria Sakkari and Alexandra Eala battle it out in what should be an intriguing last four clash.
It has been a fairly quiet season for Sakkari and the former French Open and US Open semi-finalist will be desperate to end 2026 with a title as she starts to plan for next year.
In contrast, it has been a breakthrough year for popular 21-year-old Eala who has won her first WTA title and is up to a career high ranking of world number 17.
