Slavia Praha travel to Istanbul where they will face-off against Turkish giants Fenerbahçe.
Jindřich Trpišovský's men currently sit top of the Czech first division as they bid to win a hat-trick of league titles, but are yet to get off the mark in the UEFA Champions League following consecutive defeats against Lens and Sabah.
After settling for a point in their UEFA Champions League opener, Fenerbahçe were on the receiving end of a 6-0 thumping against Aston Villa in gameweek two.
Both sides now occupy a position outside of the playoffs and will be keen to get points on the board if they want to finish among the top 24 in the league stage.
