St Mirren begin their 2026/27 campaign when they travel to League Two side Dumbarton in the Scottish League Cup on Saturday afternoon.
Craig McLeish's side retained their Scottish Premiership status with a narrow play-off final victory over Partick Thistle and will be hoping to use that momentum to build towards a more successful season.
They have also been drawn alongside Cove Rangers, Dunfermline and East Kilbride in the group stage of this season's Scottish League Cup and will fancy their chances of making it through to the next stage of the competition.
The hosts finished second bottom of League Two last season and ended the campaign with three consecutive defeats.
