Jimmy Thelin's Aberdeen will bid to continue their excellent start to the Scottish Premiership season when they welcome Dundee United to Pittodrie.
The Dons sit joint-top of the Scottish top flight alongside Celtic following seven wins and one draw from their opening eight fixtures, whilst visitors Dundee United are also going strong in fourth.
The Tangerines remain unbeaten on their travels this season following their promotion from the Scottish Championship, with United led by ex-Aberdeen boss Jim Goodwin.

The last meeting of Aberdeen and Dundee United came back in the 2022/23 Scottish Premiership season, with the Dons prevailing 3-1 at Tannadice in March 2023 as the Terrors went on to be relegated.
Earlier on in that campaign, Dundee United had beaten Aberdeen 4-0 at Tannadice in October 2022, followed by a 1-0 home win for the Dons a month later.
In the last 10 head-to-head meetings between the two teams in all competitions, Aberdeen have won three times, Dundee United have won on four occasions and there have been three draws.

Aberdeen remain without the services of Dante Polvara (hamstring) and Pape Habib Gueye (muscle), both of whom are sidelined for a significant period of time.
