Find out the magic number that Teams Europe and USA will be looking to achieve in their quest for Mosconi Cup glory at London's Alexandra Palace this week.
So here we go... the 2025 Mosconi Cup, with pride, bragging rights and ultimate Nineball pool supremacy on the line!
The always tense, dramatic and adrenaline-filled event is set to take centre stage on the stacked December sporting calendar this week with teams Europe and USA battling it out over four action-packed days on the baize.
The Europeans have reigned supreme in each of the last five editions and are looking to further strengthen their stranglehold on the competition, whilst the Americans, led by captain Skyler Woodward, will be eager to avenge their dismal defeat on home soil 12 months ago.
The big question though is just how many points do either of the sides need to capture the coveted silverware?
Well, simply put 11 points is the number that the teams will be desperately attempting to reach.
The 2025 Mosconi Cup will feature a mixture of team matches, doubles and singles contests, with the opening night of action consisting of team matches, days two and three will consist of doubles and singles clashes with the final day of play consisting of singles matches.
Every match will carry the prize of one point, with the tournament reaching its climax once one of the two sides hits that magic 11 figure.
