There is a lot of rain forecast for Yarmouth and that makes it difficult to know how the ground will be riding for the Weatherbys Digital Solutions Handicap (4.00). However, ROMAN DYNASTY has form on both good to firm and soft going and copes with anything.
The five-year-old has returned to something like his best on his last two runs and built on his second at Haydock last month when running away with a handicap at Nottingham last week.
Roman Dynasty took full advantage of a drop in class that day and pulled right away to score by five lengths. He has been hiked 9lb in the weights, but runs under a 5lb penalty here and is therefore 4lb well in. A reproduction of his last victory could be good enough for a follow up.
In-form trainer Joseph Parr has booked leading apprentice Benoit de la Sayette for the ride and Roman Dynasty will be hard to beat provided he turns up in the same form as last time.
The consistent Lordsbridge Girl should provide competiton thanks to 2023 form figures of 11133, while there has also been favour shown to Monopolise, with much more expected after a poor run at Newbury last time out.

The TPT Fire Handicap (8.25) is one of the more competitive races at Newbury, but FINEST LEADER should have more to offer following his win over 1m2f at Wetherby a month ago.
The son of Churchill was having his first outing over this far on that occasion and needed every yard of the trip to get on top near the line and score by a neck, with the first two clear.
That race was run in a good time for the grade and Finest Leader showed improved form in first-time cheekpieces. The headgear is back on again here and he is up just 5lb in the ratings.
Finest Leader recorded his highest RPR as a juvenile on soft ground at this course, so shouldn't have any problems with the forecast rain, and Oisin Murphy has been booked.
Murphy has a win and a second from three rides for Harry and Roger Charlton and the stable is in form. Finest Leader has plenty going for him and looks capable of following up his win.
He should have too much for Richard Hannon's recent Salisbury hero, Graham, while Harry Eustace's Man Of A'An will also find favour as connections look for him to break his maiden.
Finest Leader @ 11/4 - 1pt win
