Glorious Goodwood gets underway on Tuesday, with the first of five quality days of racing from the Sussex Downs highlighted by the Group 1 Goodwood Cup.
Racing Post tipster Marcus Buckland has provided three recommendations for the day's action at Goodwood.

This is arguably the most competitive race of the opening day, but bet365 are paying five places and I'm keen to take a chance on BOLSTER on his first start for Jack Morland.
The six-year-old, who started out with Simon and Ed Crisford before moving to Karl Burke, has won six of his 18 career starts to date, the highlight being a narrow victory in the Listed James Seymour Stakes at Newmarket in November 2024.
He's won three times in this grade (Class 2), the most recent of which coming off his current official mark of 105 and, while he wasn't at his best on his seasonal return at Epsom last month, he wasn't completely devoid of promise, as a Racing Post Rating of 95 suggests.
That was his first run back since being gelded and his first since wind surgery, so I'm hopeful that he can improve on what he showed there, particularly with race fitness now on his side.
It's often proved an advantage to be drawn high in this race, three of the last ten winners having come from his stall of 16.

Oliver Cole's DR RASCAL maintained his unbeaten record in good style at Ascot 17 days ago, despite briefly running loose and getting stirred up down at the start.
The son of Sottsass, who had scored convincingly on his debut at Leicester last month, had been a picture of tranquillity down at the start at the Berkshire until the loose Mr Twig cannoned into him, causing Kaiya Fraser (won was bitten in the process) to be unseated.
His demeanour completely changed from that point and his participation was very much in doubt as he sweated up and repeatedly refused to enter the stalls, prior to eventually consenting to load.
He remarkably showed no ill effects in the race itself, travelling strongly and coming readily clear inside the final furlong from the well backed favourite.
That was a notable effort in the circumstances and he most certainly shouldn't be underestimated in Group 2 company here, albeit official ratings suggest he's got a fair bit to find.
His yard (originally Paul Cole) has won this race four times in the past.
15:00 Goodwood - Lake Forest @ 1/1
The William Haggas-trained LAKE FOREST will reportedly attempt an audacious Lennox Stakes/Sussex Stakes double at Goodwood this week.
Tuesday's race is by no means a penalty kick, but the five-year-old deservedly heads the market at a shade of odds-on, having run out a hugely impressive winner of a 7f Listed race at Haydock on his seasonal reappearance prior to finishing a solid fifth of 18 over an inadequate 6f in the Group 1 Queen Elizabeth II Stakes at Royal Ascot last month.
He was eating up the ground inside the final furlong at Ascot and will relish a return to arguably his optimum distance.
He sets the standard in terms of official ratings (119) and has upwards of 4lb in hand of his rivals on these terms, so is hard to get away from, particularly with last year's shock winner, Qirat, likely to ensure he has the race run to suit.
