Manly coach Des Hasler was far from happy with the match officials as he felt some poor decisions cost his side badly in the 22-20 loss to Parramatta.
The Sea Eagles are pushing to finish in the top eight in the 2022 NRL campaign and they currently sit ninth on the ladder after picking up five wins from the opening 11 games.
Hasler not happy
Manly were leading 20-10 at one point before the Eels came fighting back at the death to snatch the win but they felt that plenty went against them.
The Sea Eagles were down to 12 men when Sean Keppie was sin-binned. But it was the decision to penalise Christian Tuipulotu for a high-shot on Hayze Perham as he bundled him over the sideline that infuriated Hasler.

"It wasn't high," Hasler said. "It was a good tackle. It was a brave tackle. They're called a try save. The idea of the game is defence and the idea of a try save is to come up with big plays.
"It was a great play. It just adds to the disappointment on the result. On the back of a 9-2 penalty count. They got legged back into the game."
Dubious calls
Hasler also felt there was a forward pass in the build-up to the Eels winning try and believes referee Ben Cummings did not have his best night.
“Some very dubious calls. A forward pass. It was actually in the same corner as a couple of years ago, they didn't miss that forward pass (in a tight Sea Eagles loss in 2020),” he added. "And the (Matterson) kick chase was at least a metre offside. I'm sure Benny will review his game."
