Prem Rugby returns on Friday night, with last season's strugglers Harlequins hosting early favourites Bath Rugby at the Stoop.
Following a dismal campaign in 2025/26, Harlequins will be hoping that the new Prem Rugby season can give them a new lease of life, as they look to avoid finishing towards the bottom end of the standings once more.
For Bath, last season's defence of their 2024/25 title fell short at the semi final stage, despite earning themselves a home semi final.
Boasting arguably the best squad in the league, the Blue, Black and Whites will be looking to get the new campaign off to a winning start, as they look to reclaim the title and return to the showpiece Grand Final.
Harlequins head into the new season with Cadan Murley captaining the side and the winger is joined in the back three by Cameron Anderson and Tyrone Green.
Oscar Beard and Bryn Bradley are the centre pairing, outside of Will Porter and Connor Slevin, who make up the half backs.
Will Hobson, Jack Walker and Pedro Delgado feature in the front row, ahead of James Dun and Harry Browne at lock, while Chandler Cunningham-South is named at eight, in a back row which also features Will Evans and Jack Kenningham.
Quins supporters will need to wait for the debut of new signing George Furbank, with the England international unavailable for this weekend's game.
For Bath, new man Dan du Preez is named to start on Friday night, alongside Josh Bayliss and Sam Underhill in an abrasive back row.
Ted Hill starts at second row, alongside captain Charlie Ewels, with Beno Obano, Dan Frost and Will Stuart ahead in the front row.
Tom Carr-Smith starts at scrum half, partnering Finn Russell at half back, with Ollie Lawrence and Max Ojomoh the centre pairing.
Santi Carreras starts at 15, with Tom de Glanville and Joe Cokanasiga either side, in what is an intimidating back three.
