We analyse the credentials and statistics of Harlem Eubank and Nurali Erdogan as the welterweight rivals get set to square-off in front of the live television cameras on Friday 22nd November.
It’s been a year to forget for Harlem Eubank.
The nephew of Chris Eubank Snr had hoped his win against Timo Schwarzkopf 12 months ago would have acted as a springboard to bigger and better things.
But this coming Friday night, Eubank returns for the first time in 12 months in an eight-round contest against unheralded Frenchman Nurali Erdogan.
It forms part of a lengthy Wasserman card in Newcastle-upon-Tyne but will Eubank shake off the ring rust successfully?
Before we find out the answer, it's time to look at the 'Tale of the Tape'.

After the failure of securing a big fight at super-lightweight Harlem Eubank is moving his 10 stone frame to more comfortable surroundings at 147lbs.
The weight jump could prove to be a blessing in disguise for the 31-year-old.
Potential fights against Adam Azim and Dalton Smith at super-lightweight would have been a massive boost for Eubank’s profile but may have been too soon for someone who is not on their level at this moment in time.
However, that’s not to say he won’t reach their ceiling in due course.
But in the meantime, seven pounds of additional weight gives him a greater chance of domestic success, such is the lack of depth at welterweight.
Eubank’s new chapter begins on Friday night but only in an eight-round bout against Nurali Erdogan.
A year that promised much is ending without a bang and going into 2025 the Brighton boxer will be expecting far more rewarding opportunities to come his way.

Former French welterweight champion Nurali Erdogan will use his staying power and durability to test Harlem Eubank on Friday night.
Erdogan comes into his 20th fight with three wins in his last five fights.
However, the truth is that each of those came over the six-round distance, and every time he has stepped back up to 10 rounds he has come unstuck.
One of those defeats came against Dubai-based Indian star Faizan Anwar in May.
Erdogan started poorly against an opponent who picked his shots better but the Frenchman proved his durability by hanging tough and coming on strong in the second half.
Despite the split decision loss Erdogan can take heart from his performance and with three fights under his belt this year he has a degree of momentum on his side.
The eight-round distance gives him a fighting chance this weekend, but he simply can’t afford to fall behind to Eubank early on.
