Paris Legion have confirmed the signing of Thomas "GRVTY" Malin to their starting lineup ahead of the first Call Of Duty League Major event in 2022.
Paris Legion are outsiders to win the CDL Major One at 500/1. A main assault rifle player, "GRVTY" has been on the fringes of the Call Of Duty League for some time, having played as an amateur for much of his career.
But he did act as a substitute for Atlanta FaZe during the 2020 campaign and won numerous Challengers events with the organisation's Academy team.
He also won Challengers tournaments with WestR and EastR in Black Ops Cold War and had seen his team-mates snapped up by CDL sides.
And he is the latest player to be given a chance on the biggest stage and will replace Jacob "Decemate" Cato, who was recently released from the Paris Legion roster.

Qualifiers have not gone well for Legion so far this year and they have a 0-5 record in 2022, meaning they will start the OpTic Texas Major One in the losers' bracket.
The action will get underway on Thursday and "GRVTY" could make his debut for Paris Legion when they take on either OpTic Texas or Seattle Surge.
On their official Twitter account, Paris Legion wrote: "Kicking it into formation for MAJOR 1, we would like to welcome @tomGRVTY to our starting roster."
Regarding the move, "GRVTY" himself added: "Appreciate all the support today - going to go out there and give it my all.
"Been dreaming and envisioning this for a while. Good to see that the hard work's been paying off."
