Keith Deller MBE provides his best bets for Thursday night's last 16 clash between Jermaine Wattimena and Dimitri Van den Bergh at the Grand Slam of Darts.
Jermaine Wattimena v Dimitri Van den Bergh
Thursday 14th November (19:15 GMT)
Jermaine Wattimena is full of confidence at the moment and I just can't see him letting slip this wonderful opportunity against Dimitri van den Bergh.
After reaching the final of the last TV event, he's maintained that superb run of form into Wolverhampton, and I am expecting him to secure a quarter-final spot this evening.
He won his group, and he deserved to win the group, and I know Dimitri played well last time out against Keane Barry but he has not been consistent, and over 19 legs I think he'll get found out.
I've also plumped for two or more bull finishes in this match.
In games like this we see a lot of those big checkouts being landed, and both of these players love to take on the centre of the board.
It was good to see Dimitri play well against Barry, but the way Wattimena is going at the moment I fancy him to be too strong and advance through to the last eight.
