The individual prizes for this season’s LIV Golf Tour have been settled and now it is time for the 13 four-player teams to battle it out for the Team Championship in Dallas, where Bryson DeChambeau’s Crushers ARE defending the title they won in Miami last year.
The LIV Golf Team Championship Dallas will be available to watch on DAZN and the LIV Golf YouTube Channel.
The LIV Golf Team Championship will be played over three days, starting at 17:15 BST on Friday 20th September to Sunday 22nd September.
The LIV Golf Team Championship Dallas will be played at the exclusive Maridoe Golf Club, which measures 7,567 yards and plays to a par of 72.
The course, which was opened in 2017, holds its first significant professional competition and is dominated by a 31-acre lake that comes into play on many holes, so accuracy will be a key skill.
This is the end of the third LIV Golf season and the first time the Team Championship will be played in Dallas after two years at the Trump National Doral in Florida.
Crushers, captained by Bryson DeChambeau, won the 2023 tournament by two shots from RangeGoats, while 4Aces, captained by Dustin Johnson, won the inaugural 2022 competition, beating Cameron Smith’s Punch by a single shot.
One team to look out for is Legion XIII, who will be captained by individual winner Jon Rahm and will also contain another successful debutant, Tyrrell Hatton, who finished fourth individually.
Crushers should be a force again after finishing in the top three in seven of the 13 tournaments this season.
