The DP World Tour stops off in Prague this week for the Czech Masters, an event that has been on the European calendar since 2014.
Tom McKibbin, a 21-year-old rising star of the sport, is joined in the field by the likes of Bernd Wiesberger and Matthew Jordan at the relatively new PGA National OAKS course.
Tom McKibbin to win and each-way - 14/1
Tom McKibbin has posted 11 top-25 finishes in 15 tournaments this season and the increasingly consistent youngster has been a popular choice for Czech Masters glory.
McKibbin can be backed at 14/1 to win in Prague, which would be his second DP World Tour title. He has developed into one of the best ball-strikers on the circuit and has become a leaderboard regular this year.
This sweet-swinger finished 41st on his US Open debut in June, then 66th on his first Open crack last month. Making the cut in that top-class company with so little experience under his belt underlined his huge potential.
A PGA Tour card could be coming for McKibbin through the Race to Dubai Rankings, and victory in Prague on Sunday will get him closer to that goal.
Bernd Wiesberger to win and each-way - 22/1
Austrian ace Bernd Wiesberger is back on the DP World Tour after a spell playing on the LIV circuit. It seems likely he will add to his haul of eight DPWT titles in the years to come.
Wiesberger is a class act in a weak grade this week and the 22/1 about him winning the Czech Masters may appeal to plenty of punters. He was second in the European Open in June, seventh in the KLM Open and then 16th spot in the BMW International, evidence of his consistent form.
His LIV history cost him the chance to compete in the PGA Tour co-sanctioned events last month - the ISCO Championship and the Barracuda Championship - so Wiesberger is fresh and hungry for competition.
The Vienna-born star was on the European Ryder Cup team in 2021 and, at the age of 38, he is keen to revive former glories.
Daniel Brown to win and each-way - 45/1
Daniel Brown was one of the stars of the Open Championship at Royal Troon last month and the Yorkshireman could play a leading role in the Czech Masters as well.
Brown led the Open after round one, mixing it with some of the biggest names in golf for four days, eventually finishing the event in 10th place. The healthy cheque which came as a result - and the way he was able to handle the pressure of his Major debut - has given the 29-year-old great self-belief for the months ahead.
Brown, who finished 14th in last year’s edition, can be backed at 45/1 to win the Czech Masters. It would be his second DP World Tour title following his victory in the ISPS Handa World Invitational almost exactly a year ago.
Matthias Schwab to win and each-way - 100/1
Two more Austrians who have crossed the border to the Czech Republic this week could make an impact at enormous odds, the first of those being Matthias Schwab.
Schwab has twice finished second on the DP World Tour and can boast seven top-five finishes on his home circuit. He was fifth in the 2019 Czech Masters.
Lukas Nemecz to win and each-way - 125/1
The second Austrian in question is Lukas Nemecz. He arrives in Prague on the back of some encouraging form, including 13th place in the Barracuda Championship last time out.
This accurate operator has won three times on the Alps Tour and could be set to make an impact in a higher grade this week.
