Gloucester Rugby can make it two wins from their two opening Prem matches, as they host strugglers Harlequins on Saturday afternoon.
The Cherry and Whites were at their absolute best in their Prem Rugby season opener, defeating last season's losing finalists Exeter comfortably.
Meanwhile, Harlequins carried their poor form from the back end of last campaign into this one, losing at home to early season favourites Bath last time out.
The hosts have made just two changes from their exceptional opening match success, with George Barton and Ollie Thorley coming into the side in place of Ben Redshaw and Phil Cokanasiga.
Those changes mean that Will Joseph shifts from wing to centre in the backline. The pack remains unchanged from last weekend.
The headline for the visitors side is the inclusion of new signing George Furbank at 15, with the England international joined in the back three by Cameron Anderson and England teammate Cadan Murley.
In what is also a relatively unchanged side, Quins also see Zach Carr enter the starting XV at number eight.
