The 2025/26 Gallagher Prem play-offs get underway this weekend, as Northampton Saints, Bath Rugby, Exeter Chiefs and Leicester Tigers look to reach the Grand Final.
Northampton Saints stormed to the top of the regular season Gallagher Prem table, securing first seed in the play-offs with a game to spare.
Bath defeated Leicester Tigers on the final day to secure second spot, pushing the Tigers down to fourth in the process, earning themselves the other home semi final.
Exeter held firm to defeat Saracens in their final match, which was a straight shootout for the final play-off place, with other results meaning that they would finish third in the standings.
As a result, both semi finals will see local rivalries revisited, as Leicester Tigers travel to Northampton Saints and Bath Rugby host Exeter Chiefs.
With all that in mind, let's take a look at how the odds suggest the play-offs will unfold.
Friday 12th June 2026 at Franklin's Gardens, kicking off at 19:45 BST
Friday night will see the third East Midlands derby of the Gallagher Prem season, as top seed Northampton Saints host bitter rivals Leicester Tigers.
In the two fixtures between these sides so far this season, home advantage has been key, with score lines of 40-22 to Saints at Franklin's Gardens and 41-17 to the Tigers at Welford Road highlighting this.
Home advantage will be a real theme of this article, with just six wins for away sides in the last 40 Prem Rugby semi finals.
While the form books may always go out of the window in a derby, this is rarely the case in Prem semi finals, with neither Tigers nor Saints having ever won a semi final at each others' grounds - sorry Leicester fans.
The odds reflect what is expected to be a relatively routine win for Saints in this fixture - especially with the key injuries at 10 and 15 for Leicester - with the Saints 2/5 odds-on favourites to reach the showpiece at Twickenham.
With their changes of reaching the final looking bleak, the Geoff Parling's side are 7/4 to qualify for the Grand Final on Friday night.

Saturday 13th June 2026 at The Rec, kicking off at 15:00 BST
The second Gallagher Prem semi final takes place on Saturday afternoon, with defending champions Bath hosting third seed Exeter Chiefs.
As with Friday's semi final, both sides won their home match in this fixture throughout the season, though Exeter did push Bath close at the Rec back in January, winning 33-26.
As a result, home advantage is set to play a significant role in the result of this fixture too, with Bath heading into the contest as comfortable favourites.
The hosts are priced at 2/7 to reach their third consecutive final, as they look to defend last season's crown.
Rob Baxter's Exeter Chiefs, who finished second-bottom last season, are 5/2 to cap off a remarkable turnaround with a trip to rugby HQ for the Gallagher Prem final.
Despite leading the pack for the majority of the season and ultimately finishing top of the table at the end of the regular season, Northampton Saints are priced at 7/4 to win the Gallagher Prem, not as favourites.
Instead, defending champions Bath are priced shortest to lift the Gallagher Prem trophy this season at 13/10.
As is expected with the importance of a home semi final, Leicester and Exeter are outsiders to win the Prem, priced at 9/2 and 7/1 respectively.
