It is the French Open final many tennis fans were expecting ahead of the event as world number one Jannik Sinner and defending champion Carlos Alcaraz renew their exciting rivalry.

US Open and Australian Open champion Sinner has looked superb throughout the fortnight and made it 18 sets won out of 18 played as he beat 24-time major champion Novak Djokovic 6-4 7-5 7-6 on Friday evening.

2024 winner Alcaraz has won his last 13 matches at the tournament and the Spaniard did get the better of his Italian rival in the Rome Masters final on Sunday 18th May.
