The tide has started to turn for Wolves in the Premier League in recent weeks and they will be hoping to keep the momentum going at the expense of Bournemouth at Molineux on Saturday.
A 4-1 victory at Fulham last weekend extended Wolves' unbeaten streak to four matches, a run of results that has seen them climb out of the relegation zone.
Up next is a visit from a Bournemouth side who have lost their last two matches and are just four places ahead of their hosts.
Wolves to win - 9/5
Wolves endured a nightmare start to the Premier League season, losing seven and drawing just one of their opening eight matches, and you would have been forgiven for questioning head coach Gary O'Neil's position.
However the board kept faith with the 41-year-old Englishman and the rewards are beginning to be reaped from that decision, with the club currently on a four-game unbeaten run.
Back-to-back 2-2 draws against Brighton and Crystal Palace have been followed by successive victories over Southampton and Fulham.
Last weekend's success at Craven Cottage was a huge result against a side who had lost just once at home prior to that defeat and hadn't lost in three matches heading into the contest.
It was felt that Wolves' performances earlier in the campaign were not getting the results they deserved, but that is starting to change and they look capable of clinching another crucial victory.
Wolves have had some near misses at home, losing 2-1 to Newcastle United, Liverpool and Manchester City, but they have drawn against Palace and beaten the Saints in their last two Molineux outings.
Confidence is high within the hosts' camp and they can get the better of a Bournemouth side who have been on the slide in recent weeks, with a 3-2 loss to Brentford followed by a 2-1 defeat against Brighton.
Away form has been a huge concern for the Cherries, who have taken just one point from their last 12 on offer and have tasted success just once from seven road assignments in all competitions.
Bournemouth will be without talisman and joint top-scorer Antoine Semenyo, who picked up his fifth yellow card of the season last time out and is suspended for this clash, and his absence will take away a lot of attacking threat from the team.
There is also the small matter that O'Neil will be itching to get one over on his former employers, who rather harshly dismissed him in June 2023 - that adds extra incentive for Wolves to get the win.
Matheus Cunha anytime goalscorer - 15/8
Brazil international Matheus Cunha has been in solid form for Wolves this season, notching seven league goals to top his club's scoring charts.
The 25-year-old has netted three times in his last two appearances, including a brace at Fulham last weekend, so he is in red-hot form heading into the Bournemouth clash.
Cunha scored in the 2-1 success against the Cherries at the Vitality Stadium in October last year and it would be no surprise to see his name on the scoreboard again.
Ryan Christie to be booked - 15/4
Bournemouth haven't been afraid to put in a tackle and this has resulted in 34 yellow cards in the league, leaving just Southampton (40) and Chelsea (45) ahead of them.
While the Cherries will be without Semenyo due to suspension, one player who will come back in from completing a ban is midfielder Ryan Christie.
The Scotland international missed the Brighton defeat after picking up five yellow cards, but he is unlikely to temper his playing style and another caution may be heading his way.
Deployed in the heart of midfield, Christie has the job of pressing and trying to win the ball back and, while he does a good job of this, he can sometimes be too exuberant in his bid to gain possession.
With the Cherries expected to have a fair amount of defending to do, Christie could fall foul of the referee and earn himself a booking.
