West Brom have drawn a whopping 10 of their last 11 games and will be looking to pick up just their seventh win of the Championship season as they face local rivals Coventry City.

The Sky Blues have taken four points from their two games under new boss Frank Lampard as they look to turn around what had been a poor start to the campaign under former manager Mark Robins.

Despite their penchant for stalemates, Albion remain firmly in the play-off race thanks to their solid defensive record.

Before the midweek games, only the top three had conceded fewer goals than the Baggies and turning some of their draws into victories could even give them a chance of sneaking into the automatic promotion race.

They did well to bounce back from 2-1 down to secure a 2-2 draw against current table-toppers Sheffield United last time out.

However they face a tough challenge in this clash as they take on a Coventry team who look to have turned a corner under Lampard.

As a result an upturn in their fortunes looked likely regardless of if they had changed manager or not, but Lampard’s arrival does seem to have freshened things up.

They picked up a 2-2 draw with Cardiff City in their first game under the new manager before winning at Millwall.

They should prove a tough challenge for this West Brom side to deal with and both teams are fancied to find the net in this one.

Coventry have been relatively leaky at the back, however, conceding 27 times in 19 matches, so both teams should be able to play their part in an entertaining affair at The Hawthorns.

Tatsuhiro Sakamoto to score or assist - 2/1

One player who looks likely to benefit from the arrival of Lampard is City’s Tatsuhiro Sakamoto.

The forward struggled to hold down a place in the first team under Robins, but has started both games under the former Chelsea boss, registering an assist against the Bluebirds.

He is a tricky and creative winger and has shown that with eight goals and five assists across his last 30 league starts.

Take Sakamoto to be the key to Coventry’s attacking endeavours and add to that tally.

Darnell Furlong to be shown a card - 5/2

Darnell Furlong is a key piece of the Baggies' defence, but he can fall foul of the referee at times and against a tricky Sky Blues forward line he looks vulnerable once more.

The 29-year-old has been booked five times already this season and leads his team in fouls conceded, making him a likely candidate for another caution.
