Manager Tom Cleverley will likely make changes to his team, with Watford's Championship campaign his priority.
Rajovic may start after his successful cameo off the bench, while midfielders Tom Ince and Ken Sema will also be pushing to start.
Young striker Mamadou Doumbia was named in the squad to face Millwall, so Cleverley will hope to give him some minutes as he adapts to his new surroundings, having signed from Black Stars in Mali.
MK Dons coach Mike Williamson may hand midfielder Aaron Nemane his debut after he joined the club on Saturday from fellow League Two side Notts County.
