Walsall can stay firmly on course for promotion from League Two by securing a home win over Notts County, who are also in the mix to go up this season.
The Saddlers are second, three points behind Port Vale going into the midweek League Two fixtures, and should bounce back from the disappointment of going out of the FA Cup at the weekend at the hands of Charlton Athletic.
County sit fifth, three points behind Walsall, and they also suffered FA Cup heartache on Saturday, losing 4-3 in the second round at Peterborough United.
Walsall to win and both teams to score - 13/5
Walsall's 4-0 home loss to Charlton in the cup ended a nine-game run without defeat in all competitions, as a much-changed side struggled against their League One opponents.
While the result will have stung and ended hopes of a memorable cup run, Matt Sadler's side can now concentrate on their promotion push.
Walsall have a good home record at the Poundland Bescot Stadium this season, winning five of their eight League Two games, drawing two and only losing so far to Fleetwood, which was a surprise, heavy 6-2 defeat at the start of October.
A win will keep them in the top two and could even see the Saddlers move top, depending on how leaders Port Vale get on against Cheltenham, also on Tuesday.
County have promotion aspirations of their own as Stuart Maynard's men are only six points off the top, but they have failed to win their last two games in League Two, losing 2-0 to Crewe and then drawing 0-0 at home to Newport County.
They were dreaming of a place in the FA Cup third round when 2-1 up at League One Peterborough with 20 minutes to go, but a late fightback from Posh ended their involvement and the visitors should at least be able to get on the scoresheet on Tuesday.
County have only failed to find the back of the net in two of their 12 away games in all competitions this season, so they should make a good fight of it at Walsall, even if ultimately they end up on the losing side.
Draw/Walsall - Half Time/Full Time - 4/1
While the Saddlers are expected to pick up the three points, they may have to rely on a strong second-half performance to get the job done.
Sadler's side have been better after the break in some key games this season, with four of their wins coming after they were level at half-time.
The 2-1 home success over Cheltenham, the 2-0 victory at Salford, the 4-1 win at Grimsby and, most recently, the 1-0 victory at Wimbledon were all achieved thanks to crucial goals after the break and it could be more of the same on Tuesday.
Nathan Lowe to score anytime - 15/8
Nathan Lowe is enjoying a fine season in the fourth tier on loan from Stoke City with the forward notching 12 goals in 22 appearances for Walsall so far.
The England Under-19 international scored the equaliser at home to Crewe last month and was then the matchwinner in the 1-0 win at Wimbledon a fortnight later.
The Saddlers are the joint-highest scorers in the division at home with 17 goals, and Lowe can help them maintain that impressive form and add to his individual tally in the process against County.
