Denis Suarez, Juan Foyth and Alfonso Pedraza will all miss the match for Villarreal but new signings Ayoze Perez and Willy Kambwala could make their debuts.

Villarreal's summer departures included last season's top goalscorer Alexander Sorloth, who was sold to Atletico, and goalkeeper Filip Jorgensen, who is now at Chelsea.
