Victor Osimhen has spent the 2024/25 season on loan at Galatasaray after transfers from Napoli to Chelsea and Al-Ahli failed to materialise last summer.

The Nigeria international found himself out of new Napoli manager Antonio Conte's plans at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona given the transfer speculation surrounding his future, with Romelu Lukaku arriving from Chelsea as the club's new main man in attack.

26-year-old Osimhen has proved a hit in Turkey with Galatasaray, and the club seem keen to introduce the centre forward on a permanent basis.

Chelsea have had a long-term interest in the Nigerian's services, but a move to Stamford Bridge now seems unlikely given the acquisition of Liam Delap. Arne Slot's Liverpool, Ruben Amorim's Manchester United and Mikel Arteta's Arsenal are believed to be in the market for a new number nine this summer.

Juventus and the Saudi Pro League have also been mentioned as potential destinations for Osimhen, while it is not totally beyond the realms of possibility that the former Lille marksman is able to mend his relationship with Napoli bosses and stay at the club beyond this summer.
