Stephen Robinson is hopeful Mark O'Hara will return after the Buddies captain was not risked against Hibernian due to a slight niggle.
Mikael Mandron returned to the squad as a second-half sub against Hibs and will be pushing for a starting role on Thursday.
Niklas Wassberg and Jonas Torsvik are recuperating from muscle and groin injuries respectively and are doubts for the trip across the North Sea.
Moonga Simba has been sidelined since April, while Svenn Crone is a doubt with a groin injury.
