Sporting CP v Lille team news

Sporting CP team news

Sporting CP won 3-0 at Arouca on Friday and Ruben Amorim is likely to retain most of the starting side, with Viktor Gyökeres set to lead the line.

The Swede has netted eight goals in five domestic matches this season, as well as three times in two international games.

Defender Jeremiah St. Juste is out with a thigh injury and there are question marks over the availability of goalkeeper Vladan Kovačević who is nursing an ankle problem, meaning Franco Israel could deputise as he did on Friday.

Lille team news

Genesio's Lille have lost their last three in all competitions and the 58-year-old has experimented with both a back four and back three since taking over in the summer.

New England international Angel Gomes was rested for Friday's 1-0 defeat at Saint-Etienne but should return. However, Ngal'Ayel Mukau (ankle), Hákon Haraldsson (foot) and Ismaily (knee) are absent.
