Coach Luis de la Fuente is expected to stick with the same team that started against Croatia in Saturday’s opener.

Aymeric Laporte has returned to training since the weekend, but the Al Nassr centre-back may have to wait for his chance.

Reports from the Azzurri camp suggest they are set to stick with four at the back, despite playing with a three-man defence during qualifying.

The only change Luciano Spalletti could make is in midfield, with the Italian coach said to be considering whether to start Bryan Cristante or stick with his Roma team-mate Lorenzo Pellegrini.
