SK Brann v St Mirren: How to watch, TV channel, kick-off time, head-to-head stats and team news

SK Brann were left frustrated in Paisley last week as they were held to a 1-1 draw by St Mirren in Conference League qualifying, despite dominating proceedings.

Toyosi Olusanya’s 90th-minute equaliser means the Saints are still in with a shout of progressing to the play-off round when they head to Norway, but they will need an improved performance after a disappointing showing at home.

SK Brann v St Mirren stats and head-to-head record (H2H)

Following last week’s draw, six of SK Brann’s seven Conference League matches to date have seen both teams find the net, with the same bet landing in their last four games in all competitions.

The hosts are in good form, having lost just two of their last 16 matches, while they are strong at home too, winning 11 of their last 15 games at the Brann Stadion.

St Mirren lost 3-1 to Aberdeen at the weekend, but they had gone unbeaten through their opening four games of the season prior to that defeat.

The Buddies look set for a tough trip to Norway as they have won just one of their last nine away matches, losing five times and drawing 0-0 with Icelandic minnow Valur during that run.

Last week’s first leg, which finished 1-1 in Paisley, was the first ever meeting between the pair.

SK Brann team news

Svenn Crone missed the first leg and remains a doubt for Brann, but he was not missed too much in Paisley as Bergens stolthet dominated proceedings. which could lead to Eirik Horneland naming an unchanged side on Thursday.

St Mirren team news

Mark O’Hara, Greg Kiltie and Conor McMenamin all missed the first leg and the Buddies’ defeat at Aberdeen on Sunday, with the trio remaining doubtful for the trip to Norway.

Mikael Mandron was Steohen Robinson’s preferred striker last week, but after Olusanya’s heroics in Paisley and his subsequent strike against the Dons, he should get the nod up front for the second leg.
