Stuttgart won 3-1 at Borussia Monchengladbach, their first Bundesliga win of the season, which lifted them up to ninth place in the Bundesliga.

Brahim Diaz limped off in the first half at Sociedad and is set for several weeks out with a hip issue. Eduardo Camavinga (knee), Dani Ceballos (ankle) and David Alaba (knee) are also sidelined.
